Terms and Conditions
* The above prices are in Saudi Riyals.
* The above prices include 15% VAT and 2.5% municipal fees only.
* Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
* The number of rooms should not be less than 10 rooms for each group and the number of nights should not be less than 5 nights.
* To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. In case of non-payment, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival is free.
* Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival - one night cancellation fee will be charged
*No show/same day cancellation will be charged in full.
الشروط والأحكام
* الأسعار المذكورة أعلاه بالريال السعودي .
* الأسعار أعلاه شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة 15% ,ورسوم البلدية 2.5% فقط .
* موعد تسجيل الدخول الساعة 4 عصراً وموعد تسجيل المغادرة الساعة 12 ظهراً .
* أن لا يقل عدد الغرف عن 10 غرف للمجموعة الواحدة وأن لا تقل عدد الليالي عن 5 ليالي .
* لتأكيد الحجز لابد من تسديد 50% من المبلغ الإجمالي وقت إجراء الحجز . وفي حال عدم السداد يحق للفندق إلغاء الحجز دون اي اشعار مسبق .
* الأسعار قابلة للتغير دون إشعار مسبق .
* الإلغاء قبل 7 أيام من الوصول مجاني .
* إلغاء الحجز أقل من 3 أيام من الوصول - ستُفرض رسوم إلغاء لليلة واحدة
* عدم الحضور/ إلغاء بنفس اليوم سيتم تحميل المبلغ بالكامل
