Terms and Conditions
*The above prices are in Saudi riyals.
*The above prices include 15% value-added tax and 2.5% municipal tax only.
* Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
* The number of rooms should not be less than 5 rooms per group, and the number of nights should not be less than 3 nights.
* Check-in and check-out dates are according to the Gregorian calendar.
* To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of making the reservation. If payment is not made, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
*Confirmed reservations cannot be canceled or modified.
* Reservations must include meals with a value of at least 25% of the total number of rooms.
*Amounts paid are non-refundable.
*Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
الشروط والأحكام
* الأسعار المذكورة أعلاه بالريال السعودي .
* الأسعار أعلاه شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة 15% وضريبة بلدي 2.5% فقط .
* موعد تسجيل الدخول الساعة 4 عصراً وموعد تسجيل المغادرة الساعة 12 ظهراً .
* أن لا يقل عدد الغرف عن 5 غرف للمجموعة الواحدة وأن لا تقل عدد الليالي عن 3 ليالي .
* مواعيد تسجيل الدخول وتسجيل المغادرة بالتقويم الميلادي .
* لتأكيد الحجز لابد من تسديد 50% من المبلغ الإجمالي وقت إجراء الحجز . وفي حال عدم السداد يحق للفندق إلغاء الحجز .
* الحجوزات المؤكدة غير قابلة للإلغاء أو التعديل .
* لابد من أن تشتمل الحجوزات على وجبات بقيمة 25 % كحد أدنى من إجمالي عدد الغرف .
* المبالغ المدفوعة غير مستردة .
* الأسعار قابلة للتغير دون إشعار مسبق .

You can send special requests and communicate with the sales and reservations department, which makes it easier for you to get answers and implement requests as quickly as possible.

You can send a monthly survey to the hotel management, which will help in providing better service to the guests.

You can submit your review on an ongoing basis for each reservation after check-out.
